Spotted an outdated rate, a broken link, or something that doesn't look right? That's the message worth sending — a comparison site is only as good as how fast its errors get fixed.

Reporting a wrong figure

This is the most useful thing you can write about. The site publishes 515 sourced figures across 115 products, and rates, fees and bonuses change without notice — some of those figures are stale at any given moment.

It helps to include the page you saw it on and, if you have it, the institution's own page showing the current number. Every report is checked against the institution's own disclosure rather than against the report itself, and a confirmed error is fixed at the data source so it changes everywhere on the site at once. The verification date on the page moves with the fix. The full process is in the editorial policy.

Other things worth writing about

  • A broken link, a page that doesn't load, or anything that behaves oddly on your phone.
  • A product you think belongs in the catalog — including why, and where its terms are published.
  • A disagreement with how a ranking is weighted. The methodology is public precisely so it can be argued with.
  • A press or business enquiry, or a question about how the site is built.

What we can't help with

Bank Compass is not a bank and has no relationship with any institution on the site. If your message is about an account you hold — a fee you were charged, a transaction, a frozen card, an application — this address cannot do anything about it, and the only route that can is the institution's own support line.

Requests for advice on what to do with your own money also can't be answered here. The person who writes this site is not a licensed financial advisor, which is stated in full on his profile.

Who answers

Messages go to Victor Gil Vazquez, who runs the site and does the data work — not to a support queue. Full legal identity and postal details of the site owner are on the legal notice.
